According to Topatu, one of the youth militants persecuted by spanish authorities in Donostia (Gipuzkoa south basque country) will surrender to the police this week. During the police operation the past week, dozens of people were injured and attacked by Ertzaintza (basque regional police) while they were resisting the agressions peacefully. In that operation, 6 of the 8 sentenced youth were arrested.
Nahikari Otaegi has decided to surrender to the police this week. She decided to not be in the "Aske Gune" (free-space) of Donostia for personal reasons. She has a son of 3 years and a daughter of 7 months. She sais that she will enter in the prison "proudly" of her political work.
